Perfect Webinar — Stack-Slide Framework + Empire Application

Core Thesis

The Perfect Webinar is Brunson's 90-minute presentation framework designed to convert cold audiences into high-ticket buyers in a single sitting. It works because it follows a specific psychological journey: introduce the One Big Promise, break the audience's three core false beliefs (about the vehicle, themselves, and the world), and close with the Stack-Slide — a visualized offer-stack that makes saying "yes" feel like a no-brainer. Empire R6 webinars cite this as the canonical offer-stack structure.

This is the script empire businesses use for any webinar that has a paid-conversion goal. It pairs with Henry's 14-day pre-launch nurture (dan-henry-email.md §2 BULLSEYE) and Henry's 7-Day Webinar Follow-Up (dan-henry-email.md §4) on either side of the live event.

The Perfect Webinar 90-Minute Structure

| Phase | Duration | Purpose | |---|---|---| | Phase 1 — Introduction | 10-15 min | Hook + Big Promise + credibility seeds + housekeeping | | Phase 2 — Origin Story | 10-15 min | Founder's journey (Brunson Cinderella story arc — see brunson-cinderella-seinfeld.md §3) | | Phase 3 — The One Thing | 5-10 min | Reveal THE ONE THING they need (the hook of the offer) | | Phase 4 — Three False-Belief Breaks | 30-45 min | Break their three core objections about the vehicle, themselves, the world | | Phase 5 — The Stack-Slide | 10-15 min | Visualized offer-stack with each component priced + total value | | Phase 6 — Close + Q&A | 10-15 min | Direct ask + scarcity + Q&A |

The Stack-Slide Anatomy (most-cited section)

The Stack-Slide is a single PowerPoint slide that visualizes the entire offer with each component listed line-by-line, each priced, totaling to a "true value" 5-10x the actual price. The audience watches the value compound visually, then sees the price drop.

Format:

[BIG OFFER NAME]
─────────────────────────────────────
✓ Component 1 $1,997
✓ Component 2 $1,497
✓ Bonus 1 $497
✓ Bonus 2 $997
✓ Bonus 3 $397
✓ Fast-Action Bonus $297
─────────────────────────────────────
TOTAL VALUE $5,682
─────────────────────────────────────
TODAY'S PRICE $1,497

Empire-application rules:

  • Each component is real (no fabricated "value")
  • Total value calculated against market-comparable prices
  • Components escalate from core → enhancers → bonuses → fast-action incentives
  • Never show price first — always stack value first
  • Per-business compliance: HAA + RAM use freely; Carolina cannot use offer-stack format on legal services per OAB Provimento 205 (use educational tone instead); FNF cannot quote specific rates in stack (use range language per NMLS)

The Three False-Belief Cycle (Phase 4)

This is where 80% of conversion happens. The audience walks in with three false beliefs the offer must break:

Belief Type 1: The Vehicle ("X doesn't work")

Audience belief: "Cohort training doesn't actually transform skills" / "Webinars are just sales pitches" / "AI documentation tools are hype" / "Hospice is depressing" Break it with: Story of someone who held this belief, vehicle worked for them, transformation happened. Empire application — HAA: "DoNs think AI is hype because they tried free tools and got nothing" → break with story of cohort grad who applied AI documentation in week-1 and saved 4 hours/shift.

Belief Type 2: Internal ("X works, but won't work for ME")

Audience belief: "Maybe it works for tech-savvy people, but I'm 55 and overwhelmed" / "I don't have time to learn" / "I'm not the right kind of customer" Break it with: Story of someone exactly like them who succeeded. Empire application — FNF: Realtor partner thinks rate-environment expertise is for "big team agents" — break with story of solo realtor who closed 3 deals using FNF rate-watch playbook.

Belief Type 3: External ("X works, would work for me, but [external blocker]")

Audience belief: "Spouse won't approve the spend" / "Boss won't let me invest" / "Market timing is wrong" Break it with: Story of someone who had same blocker, got past it, succeeded. Empire application — Hive: Brazilian builder thinks "Founding Member tier R$2,200/mo is too steep right now" → break with story of member who joined at top tier despite tight budget, recouped via first client.

Per business compliance overlay: HHCC bereavement audience NEVER gets false-belief breaks (sensitivity); Carolina Provimento 205 uses educational frame not transformation frame.

The Big Promise (Phase 1 + reinforced throughout)

ONE sentence — and only one sentence — that the entire webinar exists to deliver. Audience walks away knowing this exact claim. Format:

> "By the end of [time], you will [transformation] without [common pain point] — even if [common objection]."

Empire examples:

  • HAA: "By the end of this 60 minutes, you'll know exactly how to apply AI to documentation in your shift this week — without HIPAA risk, even if you're not technical."
  • RAM: "By the end of this 75 minutes, you'll have the AI Army deployment blueprint that 12 of our agency clients used to add $50K MRR in 90 days — without hiring."
  • FNF: "By the end of this 45 minutes, you'll know the 3 rate-environment plays that close more deals — without quoting specific rates that violate NMLS."

The Big Promise must align with Hormozi 100m-offers.md Chapter 6 (Social Proof) — verifiable claim, not aspirational.

The One Thing (Phase 3)

The frame that says: "There are 100 things you could do. I'm going to give you THE ONE THING that drives 80% of the result." Then deliver that ONE thing.

This collapses overwhelm and positions the offer as the simplest path to that One Thing.

Empire examples:

  • HAA: "The ONE thing every DoN should automate this month: end-of-shift documentation summary."
  • RAM: "The ONE AI agent that drives 80% of revenue: the lead-qualification agent."
  • FNF: "The ONE rate-watch trigger that converts realtor referrals: the 50bp move."

The Origin Story (Phase 2 — Brunson Cinderella arc)

Use Cinderella story structure (brunson-cinderella-seinfeld.md §3):

  • Backstory — who you were before
  • Wall — what stopped you
  • Epiphany — the One Thing you discovered
  • Plan — what you did with it
  • Conflict — failures along the way
  • Achievement — current state
  • Transformation — who you became

The Origin Story sets up the Three False-Belief Breaks AND the Big Promise. It's the emotional through-line.
